MISSION – Support the Pastor and the entire Church by performing office duties and support activities.

Duties performed –

Create, print, & fold Sunday bulletins

File correspondence and documents

Update, print, fold and distribute Ministry – Church brochures

Order office and cleaning supplies

Check emails & answer the phone

Check the mail

Other duties as needed or requested

SPECIAL EVENTS

Update & make the brochures that are handed out to guests

Make fliers that are used to advertise at church, on Facebook & in the community

Update, order, label & mail 700 – 900 postcards for the events
