When it comes to finding and then selecting a church to attend, most people have certain preferences or characteristics they are looking for. Some churches are highly sought out because they appeal to individuals from all walks of life and Lone Star Cowboy Church of Ellis County is just such a gathering. We’re not like a church. We are very accepting of whoever you are, and we don’t have a “churchy” attitude.

Late Founding Pastor Jon Coe believes in the value of keeping “it” simple – no matter what “it” might be.

Round Pen Lessons 9:00 a.m.

Connecting Yourself with God. Learn to answers to some of life’s most important questions:

  • Can The Bible Help You?
  • Who Is Jesus?
  • Why Did God Create Humans?
  • Who Are The Angels?
  • How Does God Save Us From Death?
  • Why Do Suffering and Evil Exist?
  • How Will God End Suffering and Evil?
  • How Do I know if I am Saved?

Sunday Service 10:00 a.m.

You will be welcomed at the door with a handshake, “Welcome, home”. Service starts with toe tapping, hand clapping lively music from the Lone Star Cowboy Church band. Following the music, we will take a 10 minute “Howdy” break to meet and greet one another and have coffee and doughnuts. Pastor brings the message (about 20-30 minutes) depending on the content.

Children’s Church 10:30 a.m.

Children’s Church Service will start during our Howdy break around 10:30 a.m. in the annex (tan) building.

Nursery with supervision for the little ones (0-3) to play and gather in the annex (tan) building.
